About Us

Waldman Management Group was created in the early 1980's by Dan Waldman to manage the newly acquired real estate portfolio of Dan and his family / partners. Dan was the principle property manager for the business for over a decade. As the years passed, the property portfolio grew, as did the office and outside personnel employed by Waldman Management Group. Dan took on a partner in the business, Edward Pierce, with whom he had worked and known professionally and personally for over twenty years. It has been a good match, and the company's property portfolio has continued to grow and flourish under their joint leadership.

Despite the perceived changes in the business, the basic formula and philosopy of Waldman Management Group has never varied. Waldman Management Group manages exclusively in-house properties, both residential and commercial, all over the Bay Area and beyond. (We have recently added several out-of-state properties to our portfolio.) With the help of our own maintenance and construction crew, as well as local management (where needed), we continue to do our best to ensure that our tenants' needs come first by constantly improving the properties that we own/manage and by keeping customer service at the forefront of our priorities.
